Lady Wildcat Rolle Commits to University of North Carolina
(October 2008) Lady Wildcat 6’ 6” post player Waltia Rolle has verbally committed to the University of North Carolina to play for Coach Sylvia Hatchell and the Tar Heels. Rolle returns to WCS as a senior averaging 18.8 points, 13.3 rebounds, and 3 blocked shots per game. She was a first team TAPPS All-State Performer and was the District 4-5A Player of the Year a season ago. Lady Wildcats begin the 2008-2009 season with a home opener, November 11th.
