High School

The Three Dimensional Approach of WCS is the foundation. From Pre-K3 to 12th grade, WCS faculty focus on creating an environment of challenging academics, robust student activities and vibrant spiritual life. Biblical truths are interwoven in every aspect of our academic curriculum, athletics, fine arts and clubs.

Come see why Westbury Christian High School was recently ranked as one of the top 5 Private Christian Schools in Houston (Niche, 2024).

Westbury Christian School’s High School program is focused on developing independence in the hearts and minds of young adults. Beginning in ninth grade, students are expected to move toward self-motivation and self-control in their spiritual, academic and behavioral choices. Ultimately, exhibiting spiritual maturity and the ability to transition successfully into a collegiate program demonstrates success to parents and the school. Having Bible classes every day as part of our required curriculum, as well as chapel twice a week, promotes spiritual maturity, while a rigorous academic program, which provides the opportunity for students to select from more than 18 AP classes and 12 Dual Credit opportunities, develops academic excellence.

Spiritual Dimension

Spiritual Dimension

Chapel assemblies, devotionals, class prayers and daily Bible classes are the standard at WCS. Students learn biblical teachings and Christian principles. Teachers encourage students to develop Christian leadership skills for use in their homes, communities and churches.

High school students participate in chapel every Tuesday and Thursday. On Tuesdays, all high school students meet together for devotional time that may include scripture reading, singing, prayer, and an inspirational talk. On Thursdays, students meet in small chapel groups with a faculty mentor to discuss key biblical principles more critically and consider how to apply them in daily life.
