International Students
Welcome International Students
Westbury Christian School is located in Houston, Texas—the fourth-largest city in the U.S. and a global hub for international business, medicine, and education. Our campus is just minutes from the Texas Medical Center, the Energy Corridor, and Downtown, giving students access to some of the best resources the city has to offer.
As a college-preparatory school, Westbury Christian is proud to welcome international students into a safe, supportive, and Christ-centered community. Our diverse student body helps create a culturally rich environment where every child is known, valued, and challenged to grow.
At Westbury Christian, your child will receive a strong academic foundation that prepares them for university—whether they continue their studies in the U.S. or return home. Just as importantly, they will have the opportunity to experience American culture, make lifelong friendships, and grow in both personal and spiritual maturity.
For over 25 years, we’ve partnered with international families to guide them through the F1 Visa and I-20 Certificate process. We’re here to make each step as smooth as possible.
We would be honored to support your child’s educational journey and help them thrive at Westbury Christian School!

If records are approved, the student will be given an appointment for a Zoom Interview. Applicants should speak, understand and read English; Westbury Christian School does not offer a comprehensive ESL program.
- A transcript of the student’s grades for the past 3 years. (Transcript must be in English with a grading scale.) Records must be approved by an administrator at WCS.
- If necessary, we may require the results of an English Proficiency Test for applicants for grades 6-12. Testing is available in most countries. (We will accept TOEFL.Junior, iTEP SLATE, IELTS and other approved English proficiency tests.) Students who want to transfer to Westbury Christian from another school in the United States may be required to take the ISEE test.
- Recent photograph of the student and a paragraph (short essay) written by the student telling us something about themselves. (hobbies, likes, dislikes, family, school, etc.)
- The student will be scheduled for a Zoom Interview with the Principal. The student needs a computer with a working camera for the Zoom Interview.
After the Zoom Interview, applicant will be notified of acceptance or denial within 1-5 days. If applicant is accepted, move on to Step 2.
