Our families recently affirmed this commitment, making us the proud recipient of the 2025–26 Parent Choice Award. ParentPulse, a third-party survey provider that works with private and independent schools nationwide, awarded this distinction based on what our parents have to say about their experience at Westbury Christian.
A “World-Class” Score
The Parent Choice Award is presented only to schools that achieve a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 70 or higher during the school year, from September 1 through May 31. NPS is a widely used measure of satisfaction and loyalty based on one straightforward question: “How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague?”
Westbury Christian earned an NPS of 73. Scores from 30–50 are generally considered good, 50–70 excellent, and 70 or higher world-class. This means we reached a level achieved by relatively few schools, and we are incredibly grateful to our families for making it possible.
What Our Parents’ Feedback Says About the Westbury Christian Experience
Our results show that Westbury Christian parents are not simply satisfied. They’re willing to recommend their school community to others, and that’s worth celebrating! A parent who recommends a school is sharing more than an opinion. They’re putting their own reputation behind that recommendation.
For prospective families considering a new school for their children, those voices can be especially meaningful. A website can tell you about academics and special programs, but hearing from families who experience the school firsthand feels different.
The Parent Choice Award also reflects our commitment to listening to our families. At Westbury Christian, we don’t collect feedback simply to check a box. It gives us an opportunity to understand what our families value, where we are meeting their expectations, and where we can continue to improve. This feedback helps us celebrate what’s working and identify opportunities to make the Wildcat experience even stronger.

Ultimately, the Parent Choice Award reflects the people who make Westbury Christian what it is: our students, parents, teachers, coaches, staff, and leadership. We are grateful to the families who entrust their children to us each day and who partner with us as we help students discover their gifts, develop their character, and grow in their faith.
An NPS of 73 is a meaningful accomplishment. But what matters most is what that number represents—a community of families who believe in the Westbury Christian experience and are willing to share it with others.
