Students work in a variety of mediums and explore many different styles of visual art.
Students compete in a variety of interscholastic art competitions, including TEAM (Texas Elementary Art Meet), and exhibit their art in two on-campus art shows during each school year.
5th - 8th grade
Intermediate and Middle School Students
Students work with clay, ganache, acrylics, pastels and more to delver deeper into the principals of art that they learned in earlier grades.
Students compete in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the Bayou City Art Festival, Junior VASE (Visual Arts Scholastic Event) and more.
Middle school students who meet the requirements are eligible for induction into the National Junior Art Honor Society.
9th - 12th grade
High School Students
Students continue to develop artistic talents and skills in beginning art, advanced art, photography, 3D art, textiles and/or AP Art.
Students compete and place in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the Bayou City Art Festival, VASE and more.
Students exhibit work at the Westbury Christian All-School Art Show each March and have the opportunity to learn how to offer their pieces for sale to the public.
High school students who meet the requirements are eligible for induction into the National Art Honor Society.
