Honoring the Class of 2025
We kicked off the season by celebrating a truly exceptional group of Wildcats — the Class of 2025. These graduates leave behind a legacy of leadership, faith, and friendship. As they step into their next chapter, they do so with the strength of a Christ-centered education and a deep connection to our Wildcat family. Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat!
Wildcats Travel: High School Trip to London & Paris
Summer might mean a break from the classroom, but the learning and growing haven’t stopped. Our students and families are making the most of summer—from global adventures to acts of service right here at home. This month, a group of high school students explored the history, culture, and beauty of London and Paris, taking in iconic landmarks and broadening their worldviews. It was an unforgettable adventure, including a visit to Buckingham Palace and tours of Westminster Abbey, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and a Seine River Cruise. Our Wildcats are staying connected and living out their faith in every corner of the world.
Wildcats on the Move: Purposeful Summers
At the same time, other WCS students joined together locally for meaningful service—packing meals and decorating lunch bags for Kids’ Meals, a Houston-based nonprofit that works to end childhood hunger by delivering free, healthy meals to preschool-aged children living in poverty. Kids’ Meals is the only home meal delivery program in the nation specifically focused on this vulnerable age group. Each weekday, they deliver more than 9,000 meals to Houston’s youngest residents—and when school is out, that number rises to over 16,000 meals daily, ensuring that every child in the home has access to nutritious food. Our Wildcats played a small but heartfelt role by brightening the lunch bags with cheerful artwork and notes, making each meal feel a little more personal and joyful. Summer at Westbury Christian isn’t just a break—it’s a season of growth, service, and joy.
Camp Season was a Blast!
Summer fun is synonymous with Camp Season at WCS—and this year was no exception! Our summer camps buzzed with energy, learning, and laughter as students of all ages came together to grow their skills and build new friendships. From athletic drills to creative challenges, each camp provided an opportunity to shine. High school athletes stepped up as mentors and role models, helping lead activities and encouraging younger campers. Campers wrapped up their sessions with awards and celebrations that recognized effort, growth, and good sportsmanship—proving once again that at WCS, summer is a season to play with purpose.
